Brunch drinks are having a moment and Perky Jerky just crashed the party. This isn't your average tomato juice situation. We're talking a smoky, spicy, deeply savory Bloody Mary with a strip of Perky Jerky hanging off the rim like it owns the place. Make one. Make a pitcher. Make it a tradition.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce More Than Just Original Beef Jerky strip (for garnish)
  • 3 fluid ounces vodka
  • 6 fluid ounces tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 0.5 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 0.3 teaspoons celery salt
  • 0.3 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 0.3 teaspoons black pepper, freshly cracked
  • 0.5 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 celery stalks (for garnish)
  • 1 lemon wedges (for garnish)
  • 1 pickle spears (for garnish)
  • 2 green olives (for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoons celery salt (for rim)
  • 0.5 teaspoons smoked paprika (for rim)

Directions:

Rim & ice the glasses: Mix smoked paprika, salt, and pepper together on a small flat plate (for rim). Run a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass, then press and roll the rim in the spiced salt mixture. Fill glass with ice and set aside.

In a large pitcher or cocktail shaker, combine tomato juice, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, freshly cracked, and soy sauce. Stir well and taste. Adjust heat with more hot sauce, more depth with horseradish, more brightness with lemon.

Add vodka to the mix and stir to combine. Pour over the iced, rimmed glasses, leaving room at the top. Add 1 celery stalk, 1 lemon and lime wedge, 1 pickle spear, and skewered 2 green olives on a cocktail pick across the glass. Hang a strip of Perky Jerky over the rim of each glass. The jerky slowly infuses the drink as you sip, getting better with every pull.
