It’s quick, it’s filling, and it brings that perfect balance of healthy fats + high-protein fuel to your day. This Wagyu Jerky avocado toast is rich, savory, and exactly what your mornings (or midday cravings) have been missing.

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Sea Salt & Pepper Wagyu Beef Jerky, finely chopped
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread (or preferred)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
  • Handful of crispy jalapenos, crumbled
  • Small handful of sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, or clover)
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Pinch salt and black pepper

Directions:

Toast your bread until golden brown. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with salt and pepper. A squeeze of lemon juice (optional). Spread the avocado onto the toast evenly to edges. Add handful of crispy jalapenos then top with sprouts. Press mix into avocado mash to give more hold. Lastly pile chopped jerky evenly across sprouts and top with halved tomatoes. Enjoy!
