Ingredients: 

  • 1oz Original Beef Jerky, chopped or torn
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese (preferred blend)
  • 2 oz cooked and chopped chicken
  • 2 tortillas

Directions: 

Add oil to a pan on medium heat then place a tortilla down. Sprinkle half of the cheese blend, chicken, and beef jerky on the tortilla. Top with the remaining cheese and add second tortilla. Flip the quesadilla and allow to cook on both sides until cheese is melted. Remove from heat, cut into 4 or 6 even slices and serve with desired condiments. Eat up!
