Add a zesty twist to your salads with a generous sprinkle of Perky Jerky! 


  • 1oz Sweet & Snappy Turkey Jerky, chopped or torn
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled and sliced
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 chicken breast (about 7oz), cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cherub tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cheese (preferred brand/blend)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1oz dressing, preferred


On medium heat, cook chicken breast on each side for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool. Chop head of lettuce and store half. In a dish, place chopped chicken onto a bed of iceberg lettuce. Add boiled eggs, halved tomatoes, sliced avocado, and cheese. Top with jerky and preferred dressing and enjoy!
