Light, bright, and loaded with flavor—these watermelon skewers aren’t just pretty, they’re packed with personality. Add tender turkey jerky for that salty-sweet-savory perfection in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2.2oz bag of Original Turkey Jerky
  • 50 1/2in cubes of watermelon
  • 50 1/2 cubes of feta cheese
  • 25 fresh mint leaves (halved)
  • toothpicks

Directions:

Cut fresh watermelon into 1/2in cubes. Set aside in the fridge to keep cold. Slice feta cheese block into 1/2in cubes. Tear or cut jerky into 1/2in pieces to layer.

Line up watermelon cubes on a flat tray or surface. Top each piece with a mint leaf, followed by turkey jerky, and a feta cube. Use a toothpick to skewer each and serve cold!
