Game day comfort just got a clean-eating upgrade. This Buffalo Chicken Jerky Bake brings all the bold, crave-worthy flavor you want when the game is on, without the heavy, greasy aftermath.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz More Than Just Original Turkey Jerky, finely chopped
  • 4 cups penne pasta, cooked (chickpea pasta for extra protein)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup Frank's hot sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (pre-shredded not recommended)
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (pre-shredded not recommended)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a square baking dish with preferred oil and set aside. Combine the greek yogurt and ranch seasoning in a large bowl. Add hot sauce and half of both cheeses. Mix thoroughly. Add cooked pasta and shredded chicken to the sauce mixture and mix well.

Pour the pasta mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top of the pasta. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and evenly top the pasta with chopped jerky. Return to oven for 5 minutes then remove. Serve hot!
Optional toppings include: green onions, ranch dressing, or cayenne pepper.
